HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS?

1. Use only BRAND NEW alkaline batteries.

2. Check the ON/OFF switch.

--Make sure the ON/OFF switch on the battery pack is in the ON position.

--When the toy will not be used for an extended period of time, leave the switch in the OFF position.

3. If all else fails, we have a 7 day return policy under certain conditions. Please read the "Returns" section of PURCHASE OF GOODS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
