PURCHASE OF GOODS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

Purchase of Goods

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock your order will be delayed and you will be contacted by e-mail. Any orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods from us and we have the right to refuse anytime. Orders for our products can be placed via PayPal® or by mail. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice to you. You permit that the user information that you are required to provide when you buy goods on our website is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects to the best of your knowledge. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed via e-mail to the e-mail address supplied with your order.

Payment

You can make payments through PayPal® whether you are a member of PayPal® or not. Payments made through PayPal® follow the rules and regulations of PayPal®. You may pay by mail using a check or money order.

Product Warranty

All products come with a 7 day warranty only under the following condition. If your product is delivered faulty or becomes faulty within the first 7 days of delivery to you, you may return the product and we will send you a new one.

Returns

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged or a fault occurs in the first 7 days after delivery, you must notify us via e-mail. When returning goods please fill in the return form. Please print return form and send it with the goods and with the original invoice (you will have to print out the invoice that is e-mailed to you). Shipment of a replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible. It is the customer's responsibility for the safe return of all goods. All items must be returned as they were received with the original packaging and full contents included. Items returned in a less than satisfactory condition or damaged or missing packaging will incur charges to cover the cost of the items. We will refund the costs of delivery where the product supplied was faulty and we will do so within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. Refunds cannot be given if we judge that the product has been willfully damaged, neglected, modified, misunderstood, adapted or repaired.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change the price of our products. While we intend for the prices on our website to be as accurate as possible, if an order is placed for an item with an incorrect price, and the incorrect price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to receive a refund. Prices on orders for out-of-stock items are valid for 7 days after the order is placed. If the price changes when the stock becomes available, customers will be informed of the change and given a refund if need be. All prices shown on our website are offers only and are only confirmed at point of shipment.

Cancelled Orders

Once orders have been placed, they cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping

Banjoe Toys LLC will ship your product priority mail via the U.S. Post Office. If you desire a different method of shipment, you must notify Banjoe Toys LLC by e-mail and describe that method. Banjoe Toys LLC will charge your final balance accordingly.

You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. Banjoe Toys LLC cannot be responsible if the package is stolen once delivered.

If you choose to order by mail, the only form of shipment Banjoe Toys LLC will acknowledge is priority mail via the U.S. Post Office. 

We can deliver to all 50 states of the United States of America, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.  Note: When shipping, outside of the United States of America, increased shipping charges will be billed accordingly.

Your order may be delayed if there are stock shortages. You will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.

Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorization for payment for your order.

If you choose to pay by check, Banjoe Toys LLC will not ship your order until the check has cleared.
